How? That’s exactly where my work begins.

MY PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL JOURNEY BEYOND THE TEXTBOOK  

You could say I’ve always been fascinated by the human system — especially the brain and its profound influence on behavior. With over eight years in behavioral science and neuroscience, I’ve worked across clinical and non-clinical (neuro)developmental psychology, conducted research, lectured in academia, coached and consulted organizations in mental, social, and public health. My career was built on science, but my perspective was shaped by experience — both within and beyond the field.

A few years in, I made a bold move. I stepped away from the clinical field, packed my bags, and migrated overseas to pursue a career in my passion for horses. A radical shift? Absolutely. But it gave me the space to step back and reconnect with what truly drives me. When I returned to the Netherlands, I reignited my career with fresh perspective — combining my scientific expertise with the invaluable personal insights I gained abroad. The shift of moving across the globe showed me firsthand how lifestyle and environmental changes significantly shape human health — a realization that would later lead me to delve deeply into epigenetics.

As I delved into the science of genetic expression, one truth became clear: unlocking human potential starts with a back-to-basics, holistic approach. Our bodies and minds thrive when we align with the right environment, habits, and choices. This realization became the bridge between my personal journey and professional expertise — equipping me to support individuals toward in achieving optimal performance of body and mind through conscious, science-based lifestyle choices.

My mission? Building a platform with knowledge and tools that empowers people to take control of their well-being and create a legacy that lasts for generations.
